Taiwan has a population of some 23 million people on the island. At least half of people have to learn English. Actually, it is MANDATORY to study English as early as 1st grade. However, due to various reasons, even after 12 years of continuous learning, the average English in Taiwan is still poor, especially in the oral part.
The people in Taiwan have great attitude in learning. All they need are good teachers, and it might be YOU. We are looking for good people to teach, you don't have to be a teacher before. But you do have to meet the following requirements:
1. Has great passion in teaching, formal teaching experience preferred but not required.
2. Has at least 60 hours of college credits, higher education preferred.
3. No criminal record.
4. Willing to follow our teaching guideline and stay in Taiwan for at least two years.
